What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM, and check-out is until 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request.
Are bed linens and towels provided?
Yes, bed linens and towels are provided for all guests.
Is the final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is included in the rental price, unless the house is left in excessive mess. The rental property owner may retain a partial or full security deposit amount.
Is parking available on the property?
Yes, parking is available on the property. We provide 3 private parking spaces free of charge.
Is there EV charging station?
Yes.
Is the tap water safe for drinking?
Yes, tap water is safe to drink.
Is air conditioning included in the rental price?
Yes, air conditioning is available and included in the price.
Is there Wi-Fi in the house?
Yes, high-speed internet.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed.
Is smoking permitted inside the house?
Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Guests may smoke in outdoor areas.
What kitchen appliances and utensils are available?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and all necessary utensils for cooking and dining.
Is there a washing machine/dishwasher available for guests?
Yes, the house includes a washing machine and dishwasher.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?
Yes, the minimum stay is 3 nights during the spring and summer season (May though September) and 2 nights between October 1 through April 30.
How far is the beach?
The closest beach in Novigrad is 20 minutes by car.
Are there any supermarkets, restaurants, or shops nearby?
Yes, supermarkets, shops, and restaurants are located within 15 to 30-minute drive from the property.
Are parties or events allowed in the house?
Parties and events are not permitted.
How is the security deposit handled?
A security deposit of 1.000,00 EUR is required upon arrival and will be refunded within 2 days after check-out, assuming no damages.
What is your cancellation policy?
Free cancellation is available up to 3 days before arrival | 20% of rental amount fee.
